How the training is conducted
Length: 4-7 hours
Where: preferably in person, at the client’s or rented premises (Tallinn or any other place in Estonia). However, the remote option is also possible.
Language: English
The training is conducted as a workshop, with theory mixed with practical activities and group work. It is based on the Training From the Back of the Room methodology, which accelerates the learning process.
The team members will apply the knowledge they have received right away to their current way of working as a team and will start working on improving the team’s effectiveness and planning the next steps to high performance already during the training.

Outcomes of High-Performing Team Training
- Team members will learn what are the characteristics of a high-performing team and how to achieve them
- They will understand what are the typical dysfunctions of the teams preventing them from achieving a high-performance state and how to overcome those dysfunctions
- The participants will learn how to build trustful relationships within the team
- They will understand why conflicts are important for team development and for creating innovative solutions and will perform the first step to overcoming the fear of conflicts, learning how to deal with them
- The team members will learn the foundation of feedback giving and receiving, understand why receiving feedback is sometimes so painful, and learn how to benefit from it.
